Saint Ignatius College Preparatory San Francisco's Jesuit School
Since 1885
Saint Ignatius College Preparatory is more than merely a high school. It is a community of lifelong learners that has served students in the San Francisco Bay Area for more than 150 years. Monster supports St. Ignatius and its Jesuit ideals: a thirst for the more, for the greater good, for the most courageous response to the challenges of our time in the fullest development of students' talents, and for a life-long disposition to serve.
Notre Dame High School Belmont
Notre Dame High School, Belmont is an independent Catholic college preparatory school dedicated to the educational mission of St. Julie Billiart and the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur. Monster is proud of its contribution to NDB and their faculty and staff in developing the gifts and talents of each student and fostering Gospel values in an environment of academic excellence and mutual respect.
School of Rock – Community Posting
Last October, massive flooding from Hurricane Lee devastated the School of Rock Fort Washington, PA, destroying all their equipment. As longtime supporters of music education, Monster joined the rebuilding, with instruments, cables and a donation to get things going again. We're happy to report that they're back in business and rocking better than ever.
National Kidney Foundation TEAM GRIZZ
Grizz Chapman , who plays a member of Tracy Morgan's entourage on NBC-TV's Emmy Award-winning show , "30 Rock" is also an advocate for kidney disease, a spokesperson for the National Kidney Foundation and the 2011 National Kidney Walk Chairman.
Two years ago, Grizz was diagnosed with kidney failure as a result of uncontrolled high blood pressure. After shedding over 160 lbs, and two years of dialysis treatment while taping "30 Rock," he underwent a successful kidney transplant.
Grizz has been on a crusade to raise awareness of kidney disease and the effects it has on overall health. Bringing light to the early warning signs, the risk factors and the need for early detection can help prevent people from progressing to kidney failure.

(RED)'s primary objective is to engage the private sector in raising awareness and funds for the Global Fund, to help eliminate AIDS in Africa.
Companies whose products take on the (PRODUCT)RED mark contribute a significant percentage of the sales or portion of the profits from that product to the Global Fund to finance AIDS programs in Africa, with an emphasis on the health of women and children.

Monster supports local organizations and schools and recently participated in a charity event with St. Matthew's Catholic School.
Since 1931, St. Matthew Catholic School has provided members of the San Mateo community with a quality education that addresses each aspect of the whole child: spiritual, academic, physical, social, and emotional.

The Home Depot Foundation
The Home Depot Foundation has invested millions of dollars in communities across the country to help working families move into safe, affordable homes that are both energy-efficient and environmentally healthy. The foundation also supports the restoration of community trees in our city parks, neighborhoods and backyards to increase awareness for the connection between quality, affordable housing, adequate green space,
and the overall community health.

Helping Revitalize the Community
Monster Cable recently donated a gift basket of iPod accessories in support of Rebuilding Together's annual
"Paint the Town" fundraiser. Rebuilding Together is thrilled
to add Monster Cable to our family of supporters.
Rebuilding Together preserves and revitalizes houses and communities; assuring that low-income homeowners, particularly those who are elderly and disabled, live in warmth, safety and independence. An army of volunteers come together to provide a multitude of repairs, free of charge, to those in need. Repairs, which bring new life and hope to those in need, include wheelchair ramps, grab bars, interior and exterior painting, plumbing and heating repairs.

Community Comes First at MONSTER PARK
Through its sponsorship of Monster Park, Monster Cable makes significant financial contributions to the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department. This was recognized in a recent letter of thanks from San Francisco Supervisor Bevan Duffy.

Monster Park also provides Monster a great way to give back to the local community. Each year, Monster hosts a number of fun-filled community events for kids, parents and 49er fans. Here are a few recent examples:
"Little Kids Rock" Teachers are V.I.P.s at MONSTER PARK
In 2006, Monster rewarded 25 local teachers with V.I.P. tickets to the Christmas Eve match-up between the 49ers and Arizona Cardinals. Little Monsters' Holiday Celebration at MONSTER PARK
On Fan Appreciation Day 2006, Monster Cable hosted some 200 children, ages 5 to 12, from various organizations in the local community. In a large tent in the stadium parking lot, the children had the opportunity to make crafts, watch magic, get their faces painted, and open presents from the Giving Tree. There were also appearances by several 49ers alumni, the Gold Rush Cheerleaders, Sourdough Sam, and our very own PowerCell pals, Pete and RePete.
The event offered Monster the opportunity to foster important relationships within the community, and share the holiday spirit with some wonderful children. The day ended with all of the children and their chaperones watching the 49ers play the Buffalo Bills.

The Monsterous MONSTER PARK Easter Egg Hunt
In 2005, Monster teamed up with Operation Dream (the non-profit branch of the SFPD), CITIKIDS, and the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department to host a huge Easter event and Easter egg hunt at Monster Park. The event was open to children citywide. The first 1,000 kids also received goody bags and T-shirts.

Monster Music Artist's 3 Doors Down Making a Difference in the Community
Multi-platinum, Grammy nominated 3 Doors Down have founded The Better Life Foundation to raise money for the millions of people affected by hurricane Katrina. Making a difference in the community at local and national levels is a value shared by Monster Cable and 3 Doors Down.

Miss Asian America Pageant. Additionally, it awards a significant scholarship to the prestigious event's annual winner.
Monster Invests in Tomorrow's Leaders
Head Monster Noel Lee earned the prestigious Los Angeles Unified School District Humanitarian Award for a generous contribution to the district's Employment Preparation Program. The program provides essential job training services to local high-school students.
